With such a large villa and so many people to organise we understand that it can be quite a task. Our team are on hand to make

WHAT TO BRING
As well as your standard luggage and documents a few things we also advise to bring are:
- Travel Adaptors (all plus are EU 2 pin)
- Suncream (temperatures in summer can hit the mid 40's)
- Face Masks
- Portable speakers, we have speakers in the cinema and lounge area but it is advisable with the villa being so large to bring some for outside and other areas of the villa
- Euros in cash for taxis and transfers (most do not accept card)
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is from 4pm - 11pm and check out by 10am. Due to changeover rules with covid we cannot allow any guests on-site out of these times unless arranged otherwise.
If you are flying into MALAGA early or departing later there is a 'LockMate' luggage storage facility at the airport and for a fee you can leave your bags safely with them (please check open times before travel). The local beach with bars and cafes is a 5 minute taxi ride and taxis can be taken at the airport. Alternatively you can have your transfer take you into Granada city and visit a hotel for lunch or drinks and most have a luggage storage facility, we recommend Hotel Del Carmen who have a fantastic rooftop bar and terrace called BHeaven (book in advance as it is very popular). You can then easily get a local taxi from outside the hotel to the villa from the city for around 20 euros for a 4 seater, the hotel staff can also help you book these. Make sure you gave the full address to hand for the taxi driver.
If you are flying into GRANADA early or departing later we recommend getting a taxi into Granada city and visit a hotel for lunch or drinks and most have a luggage storage facility, we recommend Hotel Del Carmen who have a fantastic rooftop bar and terrace called BHeaven (book in advance as it is very popular). You can then easily arrange your transfer from the hotel to the airport or have the hotel call you a local taxi.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS, BUSSES & CAR HIRE
Airport transfers are arranged by our preferred external companies and we recommend booking 3-4 weeks in advance for both journeys.
For MALAGA TRANSFERS you can contact Ruben (English speaking) via whats app on +34685975575
They can provide transport from cars to busses for all guests and rates start from 120 euros for a 4 seater one way. Please contact Ruben directly for up to date prices and availability, we recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance. Transfers are paid cash on arrival only direct to the driver. You will need your flight details, contact info and number of guests to book with them. The journey is around 1.45 hours to the villa.
For GRANADA TRANSFERS you can contact our preferred taxi company on +34768432063. The company are contactable via whats app messenger for English only speaking guests. You can also use this service for local transfers. Please contact them directly for pricing, they accept cash on arrival. The transfer time to the villa is around 25 minutes.
You can alternatively get a public BUS to Granada bus station and a taxi transfer to the villa as a lower cost alternative. The bus station is located on airport and tickets can be booked via bus bud HERE Please ensure you select MALAGA AIRPORT and not Malaga city when booking. You will need the full villa address to give to a taxi driver at the Granada coach station as they will not know just 'silverfield villa'
We do not have a recommended car hire option as there are so many, however, you can check with the airport of arrival to see their options as it is always handy to have the option of more than one vehicle for a large group. Popular car hire companies include Europcar, Thrifty and Enterprise.
COVID TESTS AND DOCUMENTS

Please check these updates daily leading up to travel as they can change at any time so these rules can change and vary depending on if you have been vaccinated against the virus.
If you need a PCR test to enter the UK our representative at the villa can advise you the best place to go to obtain this. The tests vary in price from around 45 euros per test. You will also need to ensure you complete your UK entry forms online before you fly home as well as the Spanish entrance forms before you depart for Spain. Please find links below:

PRE BOOKING OUR PRIVATE CHEF
Our villa provides the additional paid services of a private chef if required. Our English speaking chef, Sue, needs to be booked a minimum of a week in advance and can be contacted directly via whats app on +34692191766
Sue and her team provide a variety of meal options, catering and packages starting from 17.50 euros a head. All dishes can be suited to the guests dietary requirements and must be paid for in advance via cash. Cancellation of meals must be with 24 hours notice.

Prior to arrival we will contact you to see how you would like the rooms arranges, as some can be double beds but also have the option to be a twin room.
Our villa allows 18 adults. If your group have children we allow up to 24. The reason for this is that our bunk rooms were designed for children and although they are adult sized beds more than 3 adults in these rooms can be a challenge with space and use of in room facilities.

PRE TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Before arrival we will need to know:
- How many adults and children in your group
- How you would like the beds arranged
- Your arrival time at the villa (between 4pm - 11pm)
- Your planned departure time from the villa (latest 10am)
SUNDAY & BANK HOLIDAY ARRIVALS
Please be aware that if you are arriving on a Sunday all shops and supermarkets will be closed. We can arrange a pre arrival essential grocery shop for a fee plus required groceries cost for your group if required. This can be arranged in advance, 7 days minimum before arrival, with our villa representative on +34692191766
Alternatively you can arrange for the private chef for a home cooked meal on the same number. Private chef details and menu are a few paragraphs up.
Please note most bars and restaurants may also be closed on Sundays

PRE BOOKING ACTIVITIES
We strongly advise guests to pre book tours and experiences in advance. If you head to our LOCAL AREA section you can click on the activity of interest and follow the links to the business websites and book directly.
Please note that the Alhambra tours and entry fill very quickly, up to a month in advance so pre booking is essential. On arrival you will need your booking details and passport for Alhambra entry.
PRE BOOKING SERVICES
The majority of our villa services will need to be booked in advance. You can find our services options HERE and you can follow the links to the relevant services required.
For the Heineken BEER keg and spirit DELIVERY you can contact them via whats app to arrange delivery for the day after your arrival on +34643110031 indicating 'SILVERFIELD VILLA' on the whats app order.
PRE BOOKING SKI PASSES
If you are staying with us in our winter ski season (December - April) you can use our included 7 seater BMW, or your own car hire, to visit Sierra Nevada ski resort. The resort is around a 40 minute drive away and it is advisable to pre book your ski passes in advance to save long queue times. You can do this via the sierra nevada website HERE. There is also a number of ski and snowboard equipment hire stores at Sierra Nevada at very good rates. Please note you will need to leave your passport or proof of ID at most of the venues when you hire their equipment.
